Begin Your Journey on
The Heartifter Way

If you’re feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and experience lasting change from the inside out, you’re in the right place.

Mind-body coaching offers a space where all of you is welcome—your thoughts, your emotions, and the wisdom held in your body. You don’t need to live in survival mode, anymore. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, or simply sensing there’s more alignment and ease available to you, this work begins exactly where you are.

I invite you to take the next step with curiosity and openness. Together, we’ll explore what’s present, gently uncover patterns, and support your nervous system in moving toward greater balance, clarity, and resilience.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out to begin your journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t see the answer to your question? Use the form above to send me a message, and I’ll help however I can.

What is the very first step I should take?

Start by subscribing to Heartlift Wellness on Substack, my online heartlifting community committed to becoming emotionally healthy and spiritually strong: Heartlift Wellness on Substack

Do you speak and teach from "afar?"

Absolutely. As we learned during COVID-19, virtual teaching/coaching is highly effective. I promise it has the same value as “in-person.” Schedule a time to talk about what you are looking for right here: www.janellrardon.com/schedule.

Do you travel to speak and teach?

When called, I’d travel to the ends of the earth to speak or teach. There is no place too big or too small. Go ahead and send me a message, and we will discuss all the details: format, timeframe, fees/honorariums, travel & lodging, etc.

What are your group coaching fees?

Once we have our initial conversation, you will receive all the foundational paperwork needed.

Will you write a guest post or article for my website?

If my words can bring value to you and your readers, I would consider it a great honor to serve you by writing a post or article. We truly are so much better together, so I welcome collaboration and believe our reach extends far wider when we support one another.

Do you work with families, groups, and staffs?

“Systems” are my passion. Yes, working with an individual is central to the whole, but helping facilitate and optimize a system’s emotional health is the ultimate reward. With wisdom, emotional maturity, and cooperation, change is possible. I’d be honored to work with your family, group, or staff.

What is mind-body somatic-informed coaching?

Mind-body somatic coaching is an integrative approach that helps you create change by working with both your thoughts and your body. Instead of focusing on mindset alone, it brings attention to physical sensations, nervous system responses, and stored patterns that influence how you feel and behave. Through guided awareness and gentle practices, you learn to regulate stress, deepen self-awareness, and shift habitual patterns at their root—supporting more lasting, embodied change.

Mind-Body Coaching and Chronic Pain and Stress Management

Mind-body somatic coaching supports relief from chronic pain and stress by addressing the deep connection between the nervous system, the brain, and the body. When stress becomes chronic, the body can stay in a heightened state of tension or reactivity, often amplifying pain signals and creating patterns that feel difficult to break.

Can I Really Reclaim My Joy?

Through a somatic approach, you learn to gently tune into your body’s signals, bringing awareness to areas of tension, holding, or discomfort without judgment. This process helps regulate the nervous system, shifting it out of survival states (like fight, flight, or freeze) and into a more balanced, restorative state where healing can occur.

Rather than pushing through or ignoring symptoms, this work invites a compassionate relationship with your body—helping you feel safer, more at ease, and more in control of your overall well-being. The reward? Reclaiming joy in your daily life.
