Welcome to The Heartlifter Way
An Integrative Approach Towards a Flourishing Life
As a board-certified life coach and non-licensed, trauma-trained mental health professional, I specialize in nourishing your nervous system so you can overcome chronic pain and begin living a flourishing life. The Three Pillars of The Heartlifter Way:
- Retrain the Brain: Restoring emotional regulation and nervous system safety.
- Emotional Attunement: Recognizing emotional signals in ourselves and others.
- Relational Courage: Active Listening, Relational Repair, and Healthy Boundaries.
As a result, three expressions flow naturally. You become rooted within, begin living relationally, and reclaim the joy of lifting others.
And first, give your heart and nervous system a little break right now by listening to “Come, Sit By the Well,” an audio meditation I created just for you.
Hours of heartlifting conversations & resources.
The Heartlifter Way offers a different way of being.
The Three Anchors of Transformation offer a simple yet powerful pathway to lasting change. By retraining your brain, you learn to shift thought patterns and live from truth rather than survival. Through emotional attunement, you deepen awareness of your inner world, allowing your emotions to guide rather than overwhelm you. And by practicing relational courage, you build authentic, life-giving connections rooted in trust and honesty. Together, these anchors create a foundation for healing, wholeness, and a life marked by clarity, connection, and purpose.

Rooted Within is about cultivating a steady, grounded inner life so that your thoughts, emotions, and actions flow from a place of clarity, calm, and courage. It means turning inward to build self-awareness, nurturing your nervous system, and creating a sense of stability that isn’t dependent on external circumstances. When you are rooted within, you respond rather than react, live with intention, and naturally extend peace and presence to those around you. Being rooted within is a invitation to come home.
Living Relationally means approaching life with a deep awareness that we are shaped through connection—with others, with ourselves, and with God. It involves showing up with authenticity, practicing empathy, and valuing mutual care over independence or isolation. Rather than striving to manage life alone, living relationally invites us to engage in honest, meaningful relationships where growth, healing, and belonging can take place.
“Lifting others” means intentionally helping people grow, feel valued, or succeed—without putting yourself above them. It’s less about grand gestures and more about how you show up in everyday moments. It’s also about mindset. Instead of seeing life as limited (“if they win, I lose”), lifting others comes from abundance (“we can both win”). Lifting others doesn’t mean ignoring your own needs or constantly sacrificing yourself. Lifting others makes making other feel stronger, not smaller.
