Helping Others
If you’ve ever been to my home, you know how I love to light candles. The flicker of a single flame creates a sense of calm that I find ever so inviting. From the moment it is lit, my breathing slows, my heart remembers to rest, and the soft glow seems to say, “Welcome. Won’t you sit for a spell?”
But as beautiful and inviting as that single flickering flame is, there is something even more beautiful that happens when one flame ignites another which then ignites another and so on…
Today, I want to thank you for lighting my candle and helping me light the lives of others.
Yes. You took the time to fill out a simple survey and that means the world to me. By helping me light my candle, I can help you in return, because I have no doubt that there are many people in your life who need YOU to help them light their candles.
Like a Christmas Eve Service, where one candle lights another candle and suddenly the entire room illuminates, our lives have the capacity to do the same—on a daily basis. We are here to help one another shine.

A Weekend Blessing For You
“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”
