“We follow Saint Nicholas’s quiet pilgrimage and find our own footing in a season when headlines blur, and hearts grow tired. The story of Emmanuel, God with us, becomes more than a lyric—it turns into a lifeline you can hold, a place you can enter, a presence you can trust when love feels heavy and the calendar won’t slow down.”

Q: Do you need help finding rest in a weary world?

This Advent Season, we’ll be reading 1 John 4:7-21 to deepen our understanding of God’s love for us. I started on this grand adventure about four years ago. At the time, I thought I understood “that Jesus loves me,” but as I came to learn, I didn’t. I’d love for you to join me by reading 1 John 4:7-21.

As my husband and I read through Matt Mikalatos’s “Praying with St. Nicholas,” we are learning so much about the real St. Nick and the treacherous times in which he lived.

After a horrendous week of sad news, this week’s podcast offers hope for your heart straight from “Praying with St. Nicholas.”
